Massey Knakal Realty Services represented the seller of a three-story building in the Astoria section of Queens to Orin Wilf of Skyline Developers for $22.5 million.
Massey Knakal's Rubin Isakharov, along with Chairman Robert Knakal, exclusively represented sellers, investors Meir Cohen and Ben Korman.
The three-story building sits at 2856-2860 Steinway Street on the northwest corner of Steinway and 30th Ave. in Astoria. It was fully leased at sale to pharmacy Duane Reade, Washington Mutual Bank and New York Sports Clubs.
A Queens native, Isakharov is the director of sales for the Astoria, Sunnyside and Woodside neighborhoods. Prior to joining the firm he spent eight years at Clockwise Realty, working with both residential and commercial properties.
Knakal is a founding partner and chairman of Massey Knakal Realty Services. Since the firm's inception in 1988, he's been responsible for the sale of 850 buildings in New York City.
Mr. Wilf is the president of Skyline Developers LLC, the Manahattan based affiliate of Garden Homes Development, one of the nation's largest homebuilders. He has been at the helm of recent condo conversions at 37 Wall St. and 170 East End Ave.
