Skyline Developers' luxury condominium at 170 East End Avenue is more than 90 percent sold, and is selling to some big names. When the building opens its doors to residents -- which could be as soon as October -- it will welcome Michael Fascitelli, president of Vornado Realty Trust; Joseph Mimram, founder of the clothing chain Club Monaco; and art dealer Dominique Levy, to name a few.
