Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers, makes a very good case that his gem, 170 East End Avenue, is one of "the most upscale family-friendly buildings in the city." The fulfillment of that claim starts with the building's incredible amenities, which include a children's art studio, a 40-seat screening room, an arcade, professional squash courts and a gold simulator. But just as notable as its majestic yet peaceful East End location, which affords all of the apartments "everlasting" views of Carl Schurz Park and the East River.
