Skyline Developers purchased a building in Astoria that houses a New York Sports Club, Duane Reade and Washington Mutual branch. The 37,000-square-foot property, at 30th Avenue and Steinway Street, traded for $22.5 million. Skyline also owns 37 Wall Street, the Financial District building where Tiffany & Co. is opening, and is developing a luxury condo at 170 East End Avenue.
